Have you ever felt like you’re doing everything you’re supposed to do, but still don’t feel quite like yourself?

Maybe you’re constantly overthinking, struggling with self-doubt, feeling stuck in patterns you can’t seem to break, or trying to balance everyone else’s expectations while losing sight of your own.

On the outside, things might look fine, but internally, it can feel exhausting trying to keep up.

Therapy is a space where you don’t have to have all the answers. Together, we’ll make sense of what’s weighing on you, explore the patterns that may be holding you back, and help you build a stronger connection with yourself.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. Sessions often feel more like meaningful conversations than clinical checklists, with room for honesty, curiosity, humour, and growth.

As someone who has worked extensively with individuals from multicultural and high-expectation backgrounds, I understand the unique challenges that can come with balancing culture, family, identity, achievement, and your own definition of success. I welcome people from all identities and strive to create a space where you feel seen, understood, and accepted as you are.

You don’t have to figure everything out on your own. I look forward to connecting with you.

You may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, emotionally exhausted, or disconnected from yourself. Perhaps anxiety, past experiences, relationship challenges, or life transitions have left you carrying more than you know how to manage on your own.

Therapy can be a space to slow down, feel heard, and better understand what you’re experiencing. Together, we’ll explore what’s beneath the surface, build practical coping strategies, and work toward helping you feel more grounded, connected, and confident in yourself.

I believe healing happens when we feel safe enough to be seen, understood, and accepted without judgment. My goal is to create a supportive space where you can move at a pace that feels right for you while building self-trust, resilience, and meaningful change.

As a Sri Lankan therapist, I understand the pressure of balancing cultural expectations, family responsibilities, and your own needs. These experiences can shape how we see ourselves, our relationships, and the choices we make. I bring a culturally sensitive and compassionate lens to my work and welcome individuals from all backgrounds.

My work is trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and grounded in evidence-based approaches that support meaningful and lasting change.

You don’t have to navigate it all alone. I look forward to connecting with you.
